See More Details >>The Maintenance/Welder Fabricator will report to the Non-Ferrous (NF) Manager. The essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the repair of equipment, metal structures, tools, planning layouts and measurements, and assisting as needed on the Non-Ferrous Line. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Perform maintenance and repairs on various pieces of equipment. Communicate with Non-Ferrous manager and shift supervisor about what issues we are facing on the production line and look for ways to resolve those issues. Check the Non-Ferrous toolbox at the start and end of each shift. Report any missing/broken tools to manager. Fabricating and constructing metal components. Grinding and finishing completed projects. Maintain and repair all welding machinery. Assist in repairs and any miscellaneous projects. Weld components in flat, vertical and overhead positions. Performing quality checks on completed projects. Ensure the equipment is getting the maintenance attention it needs by keeping a list and notifying the appropriate people of any issues when assigned to operate.
