Summary As a Renewable Energy Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of solar construction projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with design, budget and schedule, while assuming responsibility for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. Prior solar project management experience, estimating and electrical installation experience, knowledge of construction contracts, schedules, job costs and manpower, is required. You must possess good communication, organization, time management, computer, problem-solving, innovative and proactive strategies and leadership skills. This is an onsite position in our Mt. Pleasant corporate office. Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, company-match 401K, and discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus. Job Overview The Sales Representative – Solar and Energy Solutions is responsible for promoting and selling solar and renewable energy products by identifying potential customers, preparing tailored proposals, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Qualifications • Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Technical field or a related field (preferred but not required) and/or Certificate in Renewable Energy. • Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present energy solutions to diverse audiences. • Strong customer focus, with proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. • Knowledge in outreach, networking, and prospecting to generate new business opportunities. • Negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of creating win-win outcomes for clients and the company. • Quick learner, adaptable to new energy products, services, and industry regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
