Site Administrative Assistant (Muskegon Solar)

Job Title:Site Administrative Assistant Location:Ravenna, MI Duration- 6 months Job Description: • Assist with time entry for field craft payroll weekly. • Assist with verifying time entered into jobsite badging system and advise on corrections as needed. • Assist with submitting and obtaining craft correction paychecks. • Assist with data entry into jobsites IRA tracking log. • Assist with adding apprentice information in Baker Tilly database • Assist with new hire paperwork and ensure accuracy and completion prior to sending to payroll. • Assist with general document control processes. • Assist with UPS/FedEx deliveries at the office and ensure they get to the shipper. • Assist with managing the office supplies and order as needed. • Assist with miscellaneous event and training set up.
