Summary The Director, Projects is responsible for managing all aspects of planning, engineering, implementing, and overseeing multiple EPC and/or BOP projects. This role involves leading a team of project managers to deliver projects according to contract scope, schedule, and budget. The Director oversees a portfolio of utility-scale EPC projects, ensuring administrative and technical direction of project operations, and ensures that projects are run consistently across the business unit. This includes planning, coordinating, and directing the entire engineering, procurement, and construction effort to ensure projects are completed per design, budget, and schedule. Requirements • Project Management • Ensures projects are completed safely and according to the planned schedule and budget, while meeting Client expectations and requirements. • Ensures projects KPIs stay on target throughout the project. • Coaches and mentors Project Managers to improve skill sets and project performance. • Assists Project Managers to identify project constraints and reviews response plans. • Ensures the project teams have the required resources, workforce, tools, and materials. • Reviews and provides feedback on internal and external project reports. • Develops effective working relationships with sub-contractors, utilities, and clients. • Interfaces with Field Operations Managers to ensure alignment and coordination between Project Management Team and Field Operations Team. • Manages Client relations at Director level and serves as sponsor on multiple projects. • Ensures Client concerns are addressed in a timely manner. • Works with the business development team to ensure key account management process is implemented for the key accounts. • If requested, assists the Preconstruction group by supporting the bid process and negotiations with the key accounts. • Ensures project teams follow RES Project Management processes. • Reviews and contributes to the construction business strategy plan yearly. • Team Management • Identifies, deploys, and manages a high-performance team needed to accomplish business objectives, while building and maintaining a high-performance culture. • Fosters an engaging work environment by developing, recruiting, and hiring outstanding talent, aligning individual and team objectives to company objectives, and providing regular and direct feedback on performance and goal progress. • Safety, Quality, and Environment Management • Understands and reviews Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, and Environment Management Systems. • Sets HSE expectations and relates with the project teams. • Performs periodic site visits and safety walks. • Works with teams to continuously improve RES safety and quality performance. • Vendor and Partner Relationships • Builds, maintains healthy cost-effective and strategic partner relationships with key vendors and subcontractors. • Collaborates with senior management to ensure partnerships align with company strategy. • Manages relationships across multiple projects to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. • Budget and Financial Management • Supports preparation and management of annual budget. • Owns multiple projects performance. • Performs quality check on PSR prior to the meetings with VP, Projects. • Risk Management • Develops and fosters a 'risk management culture' within the PM Team. • Ensures project teams follow Risk Management process and procedure. • Reviews risks and opportunities with the Project Managers • Contract Management • Leads and influences critical decisions between RES and third parties regarding contract terms and gets involved in negotiations and reviews of complex contracts. • Develops a 'contract management culture' within the Project Management Team so all key players understand the contract and becomes part of the execution philosophy. • Ensures project teams follow the Change Management procedure, including notices. • Mentors Project Managers on change orders negotiations. • Negotiates escalated change orders with the Client senior leadership. • Stakeholder Management • Coaches and trains others on managing the flow of information by following the communications plan to keep stakeholders engaged and informed. • Analyzes and proposes way forward plans to stakeholders in a timely manner with regards to project health based on current information, trends, variances, and change. • Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected. • Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures. • Improves and documents processes and procedures. • Supports the responses to Requests for Proposals and helps the bid process to negotiate new projects successfully. • Motivates a diverse team to perform. • Facilitates engagements between teams and departments. Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management, or related field, required. • 6 years Wind, Solar, or T&D EPC experience, required. • 3 years Director level or similar position with relevant and comparable EPC projects, preferred. • 8 years EPC project management experience, preferred. • Domestic travel between 31% - 50%. • Valid Driver's License Required. • Advanced level of knowledge/skills in: • Communication • Motivation techniques • Relationship building • Solar, Wind, and/or HV construction planning and execution • Contract review • Cost and Schedule Management • Negotiation and Change Order Management • Intermediate level of knowledge/skills in: • Civil and Electrical engineering • Estimating / Pre-Construction • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Primavera • Safety and Quality management and Environmental compliance Anticipated base salary range: $180,000 - $225,000/ Annually. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible. Solar Electrician

Cleanleaf is seeking a Solar Electrician to join our growing team! The Solar Electrician is one of the most experienced employees in the field, and they are responsible for leading and training any team members assigned to the team. A Solar Electrician is required to have and maintain an active journeyman license in the state for which this position is to be filled. ABOUT THE ROLE Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Demonstrate integrity, strong initiative, work ethic, as well as a focus on safety and quality of work on a continuous basis • Supervise, lead, and train any Solar Technician I or Solar Technician II team member assigned to work with the Solar Electrician • Perform Preventive Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards • Perform Corrective Maintenance on solar and battery installations in accordance with Cleanleaf, customer, and OEM standards, ensuring that the root cause has been identified and corrected • Ensure that work being performed in the area meets or exceeds Cleanleaf O&M standards • Complete assigned tasks safely, correctly, and within the allotted time • Ensure all PPE, tools, and equipment assigned to the employee are accounted for, maintained in good condition, repaired or replaced as required • Interface with SCADA/DAS systems to understand onsite issue with the ability to communicate to both management and customers • Correctly document all work in a Service Visit and Case within Cleanleaf's CMMS. POSITION SUMMARY Barton Malow Company is seeking Traveling Project Managers to join our team on renewable energy / solar projects throughout the Great Lakes Region. These positions will report to our teams in Southfield, MI and Grandville, MI. This role involves overseeing project quality, compliance, budgets, and schedules. This role requires a 4-year degree in engineering or construction management, 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive commitment to safety. Travel is expected as part of the role, as the project manager will be fully on-site at the project location. Regular travel to project sites across MI, OH, IN, and WI will be required.
