Construction Project Manager

PM Job Description The right person for this role will be able to assist Gennaro Contracting’s clients with realizing their dreams and to ease clients through the project to completion. It requires excellent communication, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills. This person needs the ability to look at the entire project and find any issues that may arise, but also break down projects into the smallest detail to determine job costing of every material item and labor required to assemble the project. Review completed projects to compare estimated vs actual costs and search endlessly for ways to improve process, for estimating and job completion.
