Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Masonry Crew Member to join our restoration team. This position involves stucco, plaster, patching, brickwork, grouting, and restoration work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities • Restore and install bricks, stones, terra cotta, and concrete according to project specifications • Perform stucco, plaster, patching, and grouting work as required • Mix and apply mortar using proper techniques • Cut and shape masonry materials for precise fits • Assemble and disassemble scaffolding safely • Conduct finishing tasks such as smoothing surfaces and applying sealants • Follow all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) • Work collaboratively with teammates, contractors, and project managers • Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance Qualifications • Fluent English required • Spanish not required but preferred • Work authorization required • Previous experience in masonry, stucco, plaster, or restoration work preferred • Ability to use masonry tools such as trowels, chisels, and saws • Strong physical stamina—must be able to lift heavy materials, kneel, and stand for long periods • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship • Understanding of OSHA safety standards preferred • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Computer skills not required but preferred • Management skills not required but preferred
