Salary: $30.00 - $40.00+ per hour (depending on experience) Full Job Description: RCSI is seeking a Skilled Concrete Mason to contribute to the construction of solar steel projects by executing high-quality concrete work, including footings, foundations, sidewalks, and large pours. This hands-on role involves working collaboratively with the steel and electrical teams to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction, knowledge of solar or steel construction, and a drive to grow into leadership roles. Who We Are: Renewable Construction Services, Inc. Key Responsibilities: • Concrete Installation: Perform all phases of concrete work, including reading and executing project plans, building forms, pouring foundations, flat work, curbs, sidewalks, and large pours. • Code Compliance:Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and project requirements. • Team Collaboration:Work alongside steel and electrical teams to maintain project schedules and timelines. • Form Building & Foundation Work:Build and set up forms, footings, and foundations to prepare for concrete installation. • Task Versatility: Be willing to assist with various construction tasks, including steel and electrical work, to ensure overall project success. • Problem Solving:Identify and address potential on-site issues, ensuring efficient and timely project completion. • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project. • Safety Compliance:Follow all safety guidelines and ensure that the team adheres to established safety protocols.
