Qualifications • 3+ years of construction operations experience, with direct expertise in civil construction required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn construction management software. • Ability to read and interpret construction contracts, subcontracts, plans, and specifications. • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and train field personnel effectively. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams. • Willingness and ability to travel to remote construction sites as needed. • Flexibility to work the hours required to complete projects successfully. • Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record that meets company insurance requirements.
