JOB DESCRIPTION The Laborer is a member of our outside plant division, is directed by the Construction Foreman, accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards • Assist crew members with construction work as required • Operate compressors and missiles • Install pedestals and vaults • Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment in a safe manner • Dig trenches and remove, fill, or compact earth • Mix ingredients to create compounds for covering or cleaning surfaces • Assist with the handling and placement of conduit and cables • Maintain equipment • Perform site clean-up • Complete all required Company documentation • Other duties as assigned • Must always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira’s safety standards. JOB DESCRIPTION The Construction Foreman is a member of our outside plant division, is directed by the Construction Manager, accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate construction equipment, including but not limited to a mini excavator, skid steer, trench machinery, directional drill operation, backhoe, and large trenchers and plows. • Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment in a safe manner • Locate cables in accordance with blueprints • Identify marked and/or unmarked utilities in the construction area • Perform pre and post operation inspection of the equipment; ensure routine equipment maintenance is performed per service requirements and safety guidelines • Hand dig utilizing shovel and/or other mechanical tools as required • Organize materials and basic hand tools necessary to complete excavation requirements • Restore and/or landscape disturbed areas of the job site • Complete all required Company documentation • Other duties as assigned • Must always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira’s safety standards. What You'll Be Doing: • Manage new restaurant builds and existing location remodels from start to finish • Supervise site progress and visit job sites regularly to ensure timelines and quality standards are met • Collaborate with internal Real Estate, Design, and Ops teams to ensure seamless execution • Provide early construction insights during site selection and due diligence • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and trades while managing budgets and schedules • Track owner/in-house change orders and communicate impacts before implementation • Lead material/equipment procurement and GC/vendor onboarding • Document and maintain RFIs, submittals, warranties, and project closeouts You’ll be collaborating across departments, managing budgets and schedules, visiting job sites, and making sure our new locations open on time and on point.
