Construction Project Manager

The primary role of the Construction Project Manager is to manage each project’s schedule, resources, and budget, and to communicate with the client, design team, and management team to complete projects on time, within budget, and of the highest standard of quality. This role will be responsible for our project located primarily in Santa Barbara, CA, and will occasionally work from our Santa Barbara offices. However, this is a role that will shift according to our project schedule. Work will be performed as needed on our job sites (currently located in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties). Construction Inventory Manager

The Construction Inventory Manager serves as the central coordinator for all company-owned construction equipment, building materials, and job-site inventory. This person will build and manage our equipment rental operation, and ensure that tools, machinery, and materials are tracked, organized, and efficiently distributed from our Ventura and Santa Barbara warehouses to various job sites. This individual will support our Project Managers by maintaining project-specific inventory, This position also includes responsibility for logistics coordination. The individual will use our project management software to develop schedules and manage the delivery of equipment and materials in collaboration with our internal logistics team. Additionally, this role will oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership and direction to the logistics team.
