Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and building codes for commercial construction projects. Experience with material takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all estimates. Knowledge of commercial construction project lifecycle and processes. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
