Under the direction of the Senior VP and Director of Construction, the Laborer is responsible for the physical appearance and maintenance of assigned properties and jobsites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Repair or replace locking door knobs • Drywall Repair & Touch up painting • Sweep & clean jobsite • Replace broken ceiling tiles • Drive to jobsites as needed. • Other tasks as assigned.
