The position is accountable for quality, productivity, and budget. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and must be able to oversee one or more jobs/areas at a time. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience needed as a Foreman. • Must know how to do both concrete finishing and form setting. • Must have experience running crews of 10+ workers and maximize the manpower. • Knowledge of structural carpentry and ADA guidelines. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. • Must be able to multi-task. • Ability to lift heavy objects with proper form. • Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time. • Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor elements. • Current First Aid/CPR/AED and OSHA 30 certificate is a plus. • Must commute to various counties in the Southern CA region. • Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime when needed. • Required to have valid DL. • Fluent in English and Spanish.
