The ideal candidates will have a solid background in concrete construction, including operating power tools, grade lasers, skid steers, trowels, floats, screeds, and other equipment. This position primarily involves foundation work for electrical substations, including drilled piers, equipment pads, and flatwork. Key Responsibilities • Construct concrete formwork safely and efficiently • Install and tie rebar for footings, walls, slabs, and piers • Place, vibrate, and finish concrete to specifications • Interpret and work with grading requirements • Operate a variety of construction tools and equipment • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion • Maintain accurate records of work activities, equipment usage, and routine maintenance Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in concrete construction • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints • Familiar with the operation and maintenance of construction tools and machinery • Strong understanding of job site safety standards and procedures • Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions Working Conditions • Outdoor work in all weather conditions. • Exposure to loud environments and heavy equipment. • Must be willing to travel to various job sites as required (100% travel)
