Construction Estimator – Masonry, Multifamily, Commercial $100,000 + Bonus (OTE - $135,000) + Free Healthcare Fort Mill, SC A great Masonry subcontractor, with a successful 25-year history of partnering with major GCs to deliver multifamily, senior living and commercial builds are looking to urgently add an Estimator to their team based out of South Carolina. This role offers great benefits including free Healthcare and a bonus structure which can see you earn a potential of 40-60% of your base salary. As an Estimator you will be part of small team responsible for producing accurate, complete, and timely cost estimates for assigned construction projects. You will serve as a key part of the PreConstruction team, conducting takeoffs, reviewing specifications, identifying potential risks, and preparing comprehensive bid packages for internal review. You will play a vital role in ensuring that bids accurately reflect project scope while maintaining a focus on efficiency, reliability, and client confidence. Responsibilities include completing detailed quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications, inputting labor, material, and equipment costs using approved tools, and applying unit pricing logic while validating data against historical benchmarks. The role also involves reviewing all plans and documents to ensure alignment with bid assumptions. You will ideally have over three years of experience in estimating or commercial construction (Masonry experience beneficial) with a strong understanding of blueprints, takeoff software and unit-based pricing. You will have a strong understanding of Excel and be keen to broaden your knowledge and experience with other estimating software tools.
