We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in framing, siding, trim work, and flooring installation. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout all phases of home construction. Key Responsibilities • Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential homes. • Complete framing tasks, including walls, floors, roofs, and structural components. • Install exterior siding with accuracy and attention to detail. • Execute interior and exterior trim work, including baseboards, molding, door/ window casings, and cabinetry details. • Install various types of residential flooring (wood, laminate, vinyl, etc.). • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans. • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
