HouseSmart Construction – Installer II HouseSmart’s Installer II will be one of the key players in the setup of manufactured homes. Overview Mavin Assistant Superintendents partner with a designated Project Manager and/or lead Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise new construction and remodeling of existing buildings. They lead and oversee subcontractors, foreman and craft workers during the construction phases for designated projects to ensure that corporate, client and project goals are accomplished on time and within budget parameters. Mavin Assistant Superintendents lead or assist leading project teams onsite to ensure that jobs maintain the highest levels of safety, security and quality resulting in satisfied employees, subcontractors and clients.
