Experience • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
