Position Summary As a Machine Operator, you’ll report directly to the Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our looms running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for tasks such as: • Starting and monitoring loom operations • Performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments • Conducting basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues • Accurately recording production data This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is proactive, takes pride in their work, and is ready to grow with us.
