Description: Operates machine/machines to hot compression mold parts of specific size and shape from blended raw materials. Must be able to operate/run all equipment while ensuring quality, safety and production standards are accomplished. Shift: • 2nd: 3:00pm – 11:00pm • 3rd: 11:00pm – 7:00am Pay: $18.41/hr to $21.07/hr depending on department, experience and shift Duties: • Adheres to all safety regulations and maintains a clean work environment. • Reads routing card to verify weight, material and press cycle. • General operation of press in accordance with Work Instructions. • Records production via Hour by Hour Charts and ICARE Forms. • Comply with all documentation of quality inspection sheets, ICARE, etc. • Help ensure the cleanliness and organization of entire job area. • Other duties as assigned. Duties may include operating various types of manufacturing presses, blankers, grinders, and coating operations. Additional set-up and tear down of specific components may also be required. Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 0-2 years prior manufacturing or machine operating experience • Ability to lift tooling and products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. • Demonstrated ability to use measuring tools (Gauges, Indicators, etc.) • Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English at the 12th grade level or better. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. • Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed.
