CNC Lathe Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts. Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to engineering drawings and specifications • Select and install tooling, make adjustments, and perform offsets as necessary • Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming, tooling, or machine malfunctions • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Follow all safety protocols and procedures Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings • Ability to perform basic machine programming and set up • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality parts • Knowledge of GD&T and quality control procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. CNC Machinist - 4 1/2 Day Work Week

JOB TITLE: CNC Machinist - 4 1/2 Day Work Week DIVISION: Northend Gear and Machine LOCATION: Fairfield, OH REPORTS TO: Shop Foreman What You Will Do: The CNC Machinist will be responsible for producing machined parts from various materials from mechanical drawings. Both manual and CNC Machines will be utilized in this position. Summary Description: This position will involve running equipment and performing a degree of maintenance. The position requires an individual to read work orders and inspect work they perform. The individual will be responsible for working in a safe manner, producing product in an efficient manner, performing change overs, packing product and transferring the product to a new location. It is important that this position possess the willingness to accept change and be proactive rather than reactive What will your day look like? • Run automatic packaging equipment (ie: bottle unscramble, filler, capper, labeler, case sealer). • Verify the proper components are being assembled (ie: correct label to the correct bottle). • Maintain a clean work environment (including the machines). • Document in process and end of line inspection (ie: cap torque, labeled used). • Perform change overs on equipment. • Replace simple mechanical wear parts. • Keep an accurate count on production. • Willingness and ability to run various lines. For GG Filling, machine operator 2 requires certification to run filling lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9. • Willingness to work in other departments. • This position requires ability to work 8hr shifts. • Frequent and repetitive lifting is required. • Ability to manage and communicate effectively. • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed by you and each member of the team and that all safety violations are reported properly and immediately.
