Job Title: Machinist Location: Texarkana, AR Hours: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm Pay: $28 - $30 per hour Full Benefits Package Responsibilities: • Signs necessary paperwork indicating work has been completed to specifications. • Reads Process Sheet, Grinder Log, Roll Inspection Form, and other job paperwork to determine specifications and requirements. • Determines operations to be performed, plans and assists with machine set-up. • Selects and mounts grinding wheel onto machine. • Selects the machine feeds and speeds. • Inspects work in progress to assure compliance to job paperwork. • Change set-up and/or grinding wheel or perform additional operations on the roll. • Inspects and records completed work to assure customer specifications have been met. • Notifies supervisor when job is complete. • Conforms to safety and inspection requirements. • Maintains a clean and orderly work area. • Performs routine maintenance procedures. • Directs Grinder Helper to assure an efficient workflow. • Must be able to operate a lift truck/overhead crane as required. • Must be available for all shifts when necessary.

CNC Machine Operator

CNC Operator Job ( Pay Based On Qualifications) Job Summary Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC routers to create various sign components. Following technical drawings and work orders to plan and execute machining tasks. Choosing appropriate materials and setting up the CNC machine for specific projects. Assisting with the maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs may be required. Previous experience operating CNC routers or similar machinery is highly preferred. MACHINE SHOP APPRENTICE We have several exciting opportunities for Grinder trainees who assist Grinder Operators and Machinists in their daily work. PRG offers our apprentices a structured training program with regularly scheduled performance evaluations (quarterly) that reward success with increased compensation. QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to work any shift. • High School Diploma or GED. • Two-year degree from a technical school preferred, but not required. • Strong mechanical aptitude. • Good basic math skills. • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and able to stand for up to 12 hours. • Ability to work well with others. • Overtime and weekend work required throughout the year.
