Burn Table Operator

Job Full DescriptionPosition: Burn Table Operator Pay: $17 Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC burn table machinery to cut steel and other metals according to job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate cuts. Program and set up the burn table for different materials and job requirements. Load raw materials onto the table and unload finished parts. Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the burn table and associated equipment. Complete safety checks and follow all workplace safety protocols. Skills and Qualifications: Ability to operate and maintain CNC burn table machinery. Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Experience with material handling and proper loading/unloading techniques. Basic mechanical aptitude for routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Other Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to work night shift. Job Full DescriptionPosition: Lead Voortman Operator Pay: $24 Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Sun - Thurs Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor a team of up to 3 workers operating the Voortman machine. Assign tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion. Maintain accountability and productivity within the team. Operate the Voortman CNC machine to cut structural steel components including beams, angles, tubes, and channels. Load raw materials using overhead cranes.
