CNC Machinists Responsibilities A knowledgeable CNC machinist to program, set up, adjust and operate CNC Lathes and/or Mills. Applicants preferred with at least 2 years of experience in the Tool & Die Field or a related Associate Technical School Degree. • Proficiently read blue prints, GD & T, interpret drawings, understand specifications and work within close tolerances • Use precision tools for Quality Control (such as calipers, micrometers, gages, CMMS, etc.) to inspect all finished products for accuracy to ensure product quality and to uphold our stellar reputation • Be able to determine the fixtures, attachments and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications and mount them to machine prior to cutting • Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts • Have a great attention to detail and focus • Keep your work area clean organized and efficient Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS • At least 2 years of experience in the Tool & Die Field or a related Associated Technical School Degree • Excellent blueprint reading, understanding of GD&T, mechanical and math abilities • Commitment to quality, speed and accuracy, and maximizing acceptable product percentages • Committed to safety, team development, product and service excellence • High school diploma or GED minimum required. • Must work off shift, (4) 10 hour days Monday-Thursday

CNC start-up/shut-down when required. Emergency stops on CNC equipment. Meet all requirements of CNC Operator C. Job Tasks: Operate and setup and CNC equipment with some supervision Properly report, segregate and identify parts/products that are non-conforming. Follow special handling instructions. First In First Out (FIFO). Keep up with assigned work at rate. Keep equipment clean and area organized and free of debris.
