Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in troubleshooting, designing, and developing processes that support our strategic goals. CNC Programmer Operator

Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing quality CNC programs, tooling, fixtures, and gauges required for CNC machining equipment to produce components safely, efficiently, and accurately. The CNC Programmer/Machinist spends approximately 40-50% of their time developing and documenting CNC programs, 10-20% designing and procuring fixtures, gaging, and tooling, and 40-50% setting-up and qualifying programs and completing the operation (including inspection). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing work area practices including 5-S, Visual Controls, Standard Work, work center metrics, and continuous improvement processes and supports team members in these processes. While performing all duties and responsibilities, the successful candidate will, at all times, model Company values and principles and act in a manner consistent with the Company Code of Conduct and Ethics. Specific Technical Knowledge: • Experience producing tight tolerance components in a Tool Room environment. • Experienced in CNC machining processes, programs, set-ups, monitoring, change-overs, etc. using a wide variety of machine tools.
