This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components. The ideal candidate has strong G-code and Mastercam programming skills, a solid background in machining processes, and a passion for delivering high-quality, accurate work. Qualifications: • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer and Machinist. • Proficient in G-code and Mastercam programming. • Experience with Okuma conversational software and Renishaw in-process probing preferred. • Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and cutting strategies. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Comfortable working with exotic materials and close tolerances.
