MACHINE OPERATOR A Machine Operators is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality, productivity, and safety within their assigned area. They monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Machinist’s Mates (MM) are responsible for operating and maintaining ship propulsion machinery, auxiliary equipment and outside machinery.
