Key Responsibilities • Operate CNC milling machines with precision and efficiency. • Adjust tooling and create offsets to maintain close tolerance specifications. • Calibrate and run multi-axis CNC machinery for operations including drilling, milling, boring, threading, and tapping. • Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings. • Identify and correct machine malfunctions to maintain productivity and part quality. This includes checking produced parts to ensure they are according to specification. • Collaborate in a team environment and assist others with machining techniques and troubleshooting. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience preferred. • Proficient in operating CNC mills in a production environment. • Strong understanding of close-tolerance manufacturing and blueprint reading. • Able to run multiple machines simultaneously and adapt to varying changeover rates. • Skilled in diagnosing machine behavior and adjusting for sound, vibration, or operational inconsistencies. • Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills. • Deep knowledge of raw materials, tooling speeds, feeds, and cutting processes.
