This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining vertical fill machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output of pacs. This role requires a strong focus on safety, precision, reliable and teamwork. Key Roles: • follow Solenis Safety protocols • set up and operate vertical fill machines according to production specifications and safety standards • monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from standards • perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment • packaging of pacs in the designated container • perform pressure quality test of pacs and follow quality procedures • record production data and report any issues to supervisor • collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals • be a team player and collaborate to build an inclusive culture at work Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • Basic math and computer skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
