Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious CNC Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards. Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate task completion. Start, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment as needed. Understand and follow MSDS guidelines for handling hazardous materials. Troubleshoot and resolve basic product quality issues. Report safety hazards, accidents, or incidents to management. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Environment & Tools The CNC Machine Operator will work in an environment that may include exposure to dust, noise, moving air, vibration, temperature extremes, humidity, and moving machinery. Proper safety protocols must be followed at all times. Required tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) includes but is not limited to: rubber, metal, and plastic scrapers, hand tools, a pneumatic air drill, rubber mallet, rags, gloves and/or arm protectors, plastic apron, spray paint, hammer, drain carts, plywood, measuring devices, and brooms. Operators must be trained in the proper use and maintenance of these tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. What will help you thrive in this role?
