Duties and Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC machines (ELHA-MORI) • Load parts into machine and run appropriate milling program • Monitor Machining Process • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet specifications. • Label all finished parts • Make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and consistency in production. • Identify defects or deviations and take corrective action. • Maintain machine log for all CNC machines. • Communicate with Foreman about production status and issues. • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE. • Communicate with Foreman about production status and issues. • Ensure compliance with company safety regulations. • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
