CNC Operators at JBT Proseal America are responsible for the setup and operation of 3-axis vertical CNC milling machines. Daily tasks performed include bandsaw operation, material preparation, part setup and production, quality inspections, and machine maintenance. CNC Operators are also expected to contribute to daily department activities which include forklift operation, material handling, and others as required. Job Duties • Machine Operation: Operate 3-axis vertical CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints • Setup and Programming: Set up CNC machines, including raw material preparation, loading materials, machining tool setups, inputting programs, and adjusting settings to ensure accurate production • Quality Control: Inspect CNC programs and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
