Responsibilities: • Run grinding machines and oversee part completion • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion • Load and unload equipment • Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency • Conduct routine preventive maintenance • Log and record precise readings • Inspect parts Qualifications: • Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields • Familiarity with Dial Indicator, Manual Lathe, Vernier Caliper and related equipment a plus • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Ability to handle physical workload, standing during shift. • Ability to learn and accept correction when needed.
