CNC Machine Operator

Job Title: Grind Operator (2nd Shift and 3rd Shift) Location: Laconia, NH Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Pay Rate: $20-$25 an hour depending on shift and experience Position Summary: Adecco Staffing is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in Laconia, NH to hire skilled Grind Operators for the 2nd shift. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate at least one machine in the grinding department • Follow established procedures, set-up cards, layout sheets, and verbal instructions • Perform in-process readings to ensure components meet required tolerances • Set up and adjust machinery/equipment to produce parts per Shop Orders • Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, verniers, optical comparators, microscopes, and gauges • Diagnose and correct operating issues and report any irregularities • Maintain accurate production and quality records • Ensure a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations • Move parts, materials, and containers as needed to complete assignments Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required • Previous experience in a manufacturing or grinding environment preferred • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification sheets • Familiarity with standard shop procedures and quality control • Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production and quality standards Physical Requirements: • Frequently lift up to 40 lbs • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods • Good hand-eye coordination required Interested? CNC Machinist

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and programming, with the ability to fabricate high-quality components using CNC machines. This role requires a keen attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to producing precision parts that meet strict specifications.
