CNC Machinist

CNC Setup Operator/ Machinist Our client, a respected leader in the machining industry, is seeking a CNC Setup Operator/Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Setup Operator/Machinist, you will be part of the Custom Fabrication department, supporting the machining team with the setup and operation of both horizontal and vertical machining centers. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Location: Laconia, New Hampshire Pay Range: $23 - $35 per hour D.O.E Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. (with occasional overtime) What’s the Job? • Set up and operate CNC machinery (horizontal and vertical machining centers) to perform machining operations on metal workpieces. • Perform quality checks and inspections on parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications and drawings. • Maintain safety standards, ensuring proper calibration of tools and equipment for optimal performance. • Troubleshoot any machine issues, performing quick checks before starting operations and running the first set of parts. • Deburr parts and ensure the workflow remains efficient, meeting or exceeding hourly production rates. Machinist Our client is seeking an experienced Machinist. You’ll join the team at their Laconia, NH facility.
