Duties • Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses to produce parts according to specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure accurate fabrication. • Program CNC equipment using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and adjust parameters for optimal performance. • Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure quality control throughout the production process. • Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment; perform warehouse organization and materials movement as needed. • Conduct routine inspections of machinery for maintenance needs; troubleshoot mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and factory experience. • Operate fabrication tools such as welding equipment and tooling machines; assist with assembly line tasks when required. • Maintain detailed records of production activities, quality checks, and shift reports to ensure traceability and accountability. • Follow safety protocols diligently to uphold a safe factory environment; participate in safety meetings and training sessions regularly. • Support packaging and shipping processes by preparing finished goods for delivery while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
