Who We're Looking For: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • 3+ Years of Machining experience required. • Experience with CNC Lathes • Experience with Fanuc or Cincom CNC controllers. • Demonstrated knowledge of GD&T, Print Reading, and Tooling. • Understanding of basic Lean principles. • Comfort with technology and MS Office. • Eagerness to learn and grow technically. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Availability for 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm) Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Comfortable in a manufacturing setting. • Able to stand for full 8-hour shifts. This position involves operating a range of CNC and manual machining equipment to perform rough and finish machining operations on bearing retainers and related components. You'll work in a high-precision environment that supports critical aerospace manufacturing applications. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC and manual machining equipment including horizontal draw broaches, pedestal and retainer drills, staking machines, roll form, and balance equipment. Adjust and set up machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Handle and move materials and parts with care to avoid damage. Perform inspections using a variety of gauges; ensure product meets specifications. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized.
