Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. • A minimum of 10–15 years of mechanical design experience, preferably in industrial equipment or precision machinery manufacturing. • Expertise in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred), GD&T, and DFM/DFA principles. • Hands-on experience with prototyping, machining practices, and working closely with fabrication shops or contract manufacturers. • Proven track record of delivering complex mechanical systems from concept to production. • Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Arena) and document control best practices.
