Pay: $20.65/hour Schedule: • 12-hour shifts • Rotating swing shift Responsibilities: Your Role: As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for preparing machines for efficient use, thereby maintaining a safe environment. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives. • Fine tune all parameters of the production process. • Inspect finished products to ensure quality. • Take the line from an idle stop to full production. Quality Control Inspector/CMM Operator

Overview The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined components using advanced measuring equipment and operating Brown & Sharpe coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in precision inspection, and capable of reading CMM programs. What you’ll do • Conduct thorough quality inspections using Brown and Sharp Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS. • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and engineering drawings. • Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections of CNC machined parts. • Use precision measuring tools such as micrometer, calipers, bore gauges, and height gages. • Support continuous improvement and ISO quality initiatives. • Collaborate with machinist to resolve quality issues. • Maintain detailed records of inspections. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within a CNC machining environment. • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation. • Proven experience operating Brown & Sharpe CMM. • Proficiency with PC-DMIS CMM software. • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
