Machinist Job Responsibilities Include • Operate traditional manual milling machine, lathe, saws, and using hand tools • Operate CNC Lathes and Mills • Constantly inspect work-in-progress • Multi-task through various jobs and priorities • Interpret engineering drawings • Machinist follows instructions set for the by machine shop lead man.
