CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing - USA manufactures specialized, high-precision parts and assemblies for a variety of industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and packaging. We are seeking a full-time CNC Machinist who possesses both excellent work habits and prior experience with high-precision machining. What you will do as a Machinist: • Produce high quality components, prototypes and small series an DMG Mori 3-,4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines. • Set up and adjustment of machines for individual parts, proto-types and small series. • Inspect work using standard and automated inspection equipment. • Interpret basic dimensions on a print. • Maintain a clean work area and observe all safety procedures. • Execute machine offsets and tool changes. • Troubleshoot and clear machine alarm conditions as required. Job Title: Set-Up and Operator Job Description The Set-Up and Operator is responsible for preparing, configuring, and operating machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role ensures machines are properly calibrated, tools are correctly installed, and production runs meet quality and safety standards.
