Machine Operator - CNC

Responsibilities of Machine Operator - CNC: • Operating CNC devices to create items while meeting quality and safety criteria. • Efficiently managing the loading and unloading of components in between machine cycles to uphold operational efficiency. • Conducting quality assurance activities during the machine's runtime. • Conducting supplementary processes concurrently with the primary machine cycles. • Substituting worn-out tools as necessary and reporting any non-compliant parts to supervisors. • Utilizing other fabrication machinery as needed, including Robodrill and Bridgeport, to complete tasks efficiently. • Sustaining a favorable work atmosphere by promoting strong communication and unified teamwork.
