Must be 18 years or older. Starting pay is $19.30 per hour with automatic compensation increases every 3 months for full-time employees during the first year of employment. Additional compensation increases are available as well, with potential to earn up to $22.55 per hour after one year of employment and eligibility in company profit sharing.
