Experience with Fanuc controls and Mori Seiki is a very strong plus. Experience with the use of a micrometer, dial indicator, microscope, to ensure overall set, balance and conformance to ISO specifications is a plus. Work could also include the use of wrenches, metal cutters, pliers, miscellaneous hand tools, and overhead electric hoist. • Regular use of various electric, hydraulic or hand trucks to transport materials to and from production area, and hydraulic hand truck to lift material to machine table height. • Observe operation conducting frequent checks to assure, amount of set, pitch or other factors, make necessary adjustments to maintain quality • Perform TPM maintenance of equipment as required • Detect and report defective equipment or material as well • Observe and obey all safety rules, regulations and practices and employ all safety equipment and devices • Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed • Setup and Operation of CNC Vertical Mill & Lathe • Ability to read and interpret detailed prints • Strong inspection skills with measurement tools • Programming CNC Vertical Mill & Lathe is a plus • Primary Lathe Experience preferred • Offering top pay for fully qualified candidate.
