Duties: • Operating CNC router tables which cut shapes form aluminum and plastic • Operating CNC letter bending machine and fabricating letters • Using production equipment such as radial arm saws, sanders, manual and powered shear and brakes. • Using basic manual and power hand tools such as wire cutters, wrenches, corded and cordless drills, tape measure. • Work toward continuous quality improvement • Stay current with changing technology, including software programs • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures Skills: • Reading and interpreting drawings and instructions Experience and Education: • High School or equivalent. • Sheet metal and welding experience preferred Summary As a CNC Router Table and Letter Bender Operator, you will be essential in producing high-quality sheet metal components and signage. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role will involve operating CNC machinery and ensuring precision in fabrication processes. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with skills in welding and metalworking. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to meeting production deadlines and maintaining the organization's standards for excellence.
