You're the artisan responsible for adjusting and managing machinery that creates industrial masterpieces: • Work on varied machinery like Vertical Turret Lathes. • Drive precision (+/- 0.001 inch) in component prototypes. • Rely on blueprints, complex computations, while using overhead cranes elegantly. • Prior experience in milling and turning parts expected. CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

With a commitment to work-life balance. Role & Responsibilities: Due to continuing growth in our business, we have openings for CNC machine operators. You will be responsible for operating CNC lathes and mills, working to turn valuable castings, forgings, and bar stock into quality parts for our customers. • Operate CNC Lathes, Mills, and Robots • Perform tool and insert changes. • Follow written instructions and Check parts for conformance to blueprints. • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed. • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. • Perform basic maintenance on CNC Machines • Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, machine status boards, as well as verbal/written instructions. • Work with supervisor, programmer, and support teams to resolve problems. • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. Skills and Qualifications: • 2+ years’ experience in a precision machining environment or CNC training • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Ability to handle all basic CNC machining operations including changing inserts, touching off tools and making offsets. • Ability to use common shop measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to complete inspection documentation. • Experience with horizontal Lathe or Mill including set-up. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. HAAS Mill CNC Machinist

Position: HAAS Mill CNC Machinist Department: Laser and Machine Shift: 1St Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Position Summary: Sets up and operates machine tools to produce metallic work pieces by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities • Read orders and follow blueprint instructions. • Select correct program and ensure proper setup • Verify correct material used for job • Communicate order status • Communicate any issues preventing proper operation of equipment to supervisor • Perform a quality check of finished parts • Perform any routine maintenance if necessary • Set and adjust machine controls/parameters • Abides OSHA and FSC rules and regulations for safety. • Wear typical protection gear in an environment that contain dust, odors and noise. • Work well under pressure. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Physical Demands • Required to stand for long periods of time and walk frequently. • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move objects of 50 pounds or more. • Must be able to cover other shifts/overtime as necessary. • Must be able to bend and squat frequently. • Must be able to stand for 8 hours or more daily. Required Knowledge And/or Experience • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). • Experience with CNC Machines. • One year experience performing machining operation and setup preferred • Ability to use a computer to access blueprints and CAD drawings. • Ability to read English. • Must have strong math skills. • Ability to work and communicate effectively with others. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour Freedman by Lippert determines pay based on several factors, including but not limited to the position being offered, education, skills, work experience, and other factors permitted by law.
