Key Responsibilities: • Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Develop and optimize CNC programs to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production. • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and cycle times. Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of five years of experience operating and programming CNC mills and lathes. • Strong understanding of G-code and CNC control systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
