Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility machinery. Responsible for fabricating replacement and new parts for facility machinery. Fabricate, erect, install, and maintain facility machinery. PRIMA Ry Responsibilities Perform daily start-up and shut-down of machines Keep machine properly maintained (cleaned and lubricated) Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. Complete required forms to ensure proper operations and set up of all machines. Read Electrical and Pneumatic diagrams to help speed the repair of the equipment if it malfunctions. Trouble shoot machine issues quickly. Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. 8 Install facility machinery. Fabricate replacement and new parts for facility machinery. Fabricate, erect, install, and maintain facility machinery. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
