Learn all operations in department through successful acquisition of skill-based training program consistent with scheduled time frame for such progression.**Actively participate in and attend meetings with team, kaizen, etc.**Read and comprehend written and numeric information, process drawings, gauges, SPC, etc., and understand total concept as it affects immediate and future outcomes.**Perform basic trouble shooting, maintenance, and repairs to equipment.**Adhere to all safety, quality and environmental requirements.**Perform other job-related duties as required. Machine Operator - 1st
