CNC Machinist – Robotics (30163)

An international robotics company is actively seeking a CNC Machinist to join their facility near Morristown, TN. A successful candidate has hands-on experience in Mastercam. Responsibilities of CNC Machinist • Perform machining using Mastercam and CNC Mills • Maintain clean and safe workplace and ensure to follow company procedure and policies • Ensure the company’s production follows IATF 16949 compliance all time • Communicate closely with other department to solve any production/quality issues • Build and maintain a professional relationship with team members for effective communication • Follow all OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, EPA standards for optimal operations for the facility • Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications of CNC Machinist • 3 years of experience in hands-on CNC machining and Mastercam experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team • Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment • Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently • Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision. Job Title: Machining Inspector-Operator Supervised By: Team Leader Responsibility for directing others: None Summary of Position: This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of machining tools to perform repetitive machining operations.
