CNC Machine Operator Pay Range: • $15 - $25/hr based on experience and/or qualifications • Paid WEEKLY CNC Machine Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Programs CNC machine to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. These CNC Machines include Burn Table, Angle/Beam Line, Wheel-a-brator and Coper. • Load CAD drawn CNC programs with job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. • Observes machine operation to detect defects or machine malfunction. • Load and unload structural steel from machine with overhead crane. • Remove burrs from parts. Clear scrap shavings and debris from machine when required. • Package parts for delivery or pick up. • The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required. CNC Machine Operator Qualifications: • High school education or equivalent. • Minimum of three months’ related experience and/or training. • Ability to read and understand detailed shop drawings. • Ability to perform basic math functions. • Good oral/written communication skills. • Basic computer skills. CNC Machine Operator Physical Demands: • Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs. frequently • Considerable amounts of standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. • Exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. • Exposed to temperature fluctuations and a noisy work environment. This role is classified as safety sensitive. Candidates must show the capacity to proactively initiate, effectively lead, and consistently uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries is seeking a machine operator for our Blytheville, AR facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION: • Ensure the safe and continuous operation of all machinery, and report unsafe conditions. • Monitor and control aspects of the mill manufacturing process, including loading coil, operating equipment, and completing quality control checks throughout. • Ensure equipment remains in proper operating condition • Perform all size, gauge, grade, and shape changes on the production line for assigned tube and pipe mill. • Inspect tooling condition at the end of each rolling and communicate the need for reconditioning. • Troubleshoot, solve, and communicate problems to crew and supervision to ensure quality of product. • Assist maintenance in performing simple preventive maintenance and repair tasks such as mill adjustment, fluid checks, minor part replacement and equipment lubrication. • Direct and assist in mill changeovers. • Communicate and unsure quality requirements are met by mill crew. • Maintain the offline requirements to ensure quick-change operation. • Calibrate micrometers at start of shift and at changeovers. • Complete all required paperwork, production records, and inventory. • Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies and regulatory agencies • Keep work area clean and orderly • Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Technical School Diploma preferred • Previous mill operation/machine operator experience strongly preferred • Tube mill manufacturing experience strongly preferred KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: • Mathematical Skills: Must have good math skills to be able to add, subtract, multiply, use decimals and fractions. • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, reason or find out causes of something to try to find a solution. Able to problem solve with ability to diagnose equipment and quality problems. • Communication Skills: Able to communicate in English for written and verbal communication, including the ability to listen and speak effectively to understand and communicate the needs of customers and coworkers. Ability to read and interpret documents. • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills to look up work orders and interact with programs to obtain key work order requirements. • Previous experience with measuring devices (tape measures, micrometers, calipers etc.) preferred • Must be prepared to work overtime and odd hours to accomplish the necessary tasks whenever an emergency that threatens production or safety arises. • Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role. Experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer (TPS)

Pay based on experience Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring the precision, efficiency, and quality of our manufactured components through both machining and programming responsibilities.
