Job Duties: • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders and more • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy • Select tools, load materials, and adjust machine settings based on job requirements • Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure consistent adjustments • Use precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges for accurate part inspections • Set up fixtures and perform manual machine set ups with hand tools • Deburr parts using hand tools or grinding/buffing equipment • Conduct final product inspections to verify conformance to quality standards • Safety operator forklift and hoists to move materials as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Read and interpret blueprints and trouble shoot machining issues • Basic computer tasks - scanning, correcting errors Requirements: • Proven experience - CNC programming and machine operations • Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) • Strong knowledge of machining processes, quality control, inspections methods • Able to read and interpret blueprints • Manual machining experience is a plus • Able to lift up to 50 pounds • Able to use basic computers and programs • Able to lift, bend, reach, stand, stoop, twist, squat and perform repetitive physical tasks Work Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed Starting pay is $17 hourly but can be more based on experience.
