CNC – MACHINIST Multi-Spindle (Schutte) Operators All Shifts 1st shift: 7am-3pm; 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm; 3rd shift: 11pm-7am Starting salary $18.50 and up based on experience - Climate Control Facility Massillon, OH ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to: • Operate one or more CNC Lathe machines. • Set-up CNC lathes including touching off, tooling. Preferred understanding of basic G-code. • Maintains quality of work pieces after set-ups • Makes adjustments and tool changing/sharpening. • Stocks machine and pulls chips. • Maintains all fluid levels. • Keeping the machine and work area clean. • Paying close attention to details • Use measuring tools for CNC machines – Micrometer, Calipers, Tape measure • Some blue print reading • Quality check final parts QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent • 2 years' experience preferred • Machine trade school graduates are also encouraged to apply. • Ability to comprehend blueprints and use applicable measuring devices (calipers, micrometer, guages). • Ability and willingness to cross-train on other machine platforms in the shop will grow your individual talents and flexibility. • Shift will be determined based on availability at time of hire Great benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401 (k) matching.
